DIS 2024: Very successful show. Fullest show in years! Everyone enjoyed our judge Adrienne Pot from Illinois. The TD Cindy Reid and Adrienne Pot were very complimentary of our show and they loved, loved, loved our volunteers! DIS 2025: USEF license will be renewed soon. June 7-8, 2025 Inquires to judges and TD's are out. As this process is often contracting 2 years out, in the search for a TD, Mike Taylor has been booked for DIS 2026.
Cavaletti Clinic w/Erika Jansson, July 20-21 at Franktown Meadows: The clinic is almost FULL! As of Monday: Saturday 19 participants; Sunday 14 The clinic will be indoors if the weather is expected to be hot.
We need a few volunteers to help with the clinic. Just a reminder, if you'd like to be considered for a CDS AA or Jr/Yr 2025 chapter representative clinic spot, we ask that you volunteer for the chapter in some capacity the previous or in the case of Jr/Yr, the current year.
We need someone to pick up lunch Saturday and Sunday - July 20 or July 21 - pick a day! Please contact Jennifer our clinic coordinator if you're willing to help & get details: jennifer@jenniferasmith.com
October Fall Show: We're looking at dates October 12 or 13, October 19 or 20?
CDS Recognized. We'd appreciate your feedback. Please take a minute to answer these questions and send your responses to ecoffeycurle@gmail.com
- Would you enter and attend if we hosted this show?
- Do we need to hire an "S" judge (FEI levels) or will a "R" (through 4-3) be acceptable
- Your preferred facility
We need to know we have enough interest to host the show due to the fixed expenses in hosting a 1 day CDS show (judge, travel, accommodation, facility rental, EMT, food - approximately $2,000)
Virtual Show: Any interest in learning what it takes to host a virtual show or participate in one? Ciara Viola Ciciara.viola28@gmail.com if you have any information as to how to host a virtual dressage show or would like the chapter to consider hosting virtual dressage shows in the future. All we know is the tests need to take place in a full size dressage court.

Treasurer's Report: Account Balance $3569.06
Cavaletti Clinic w/Erika Jansson was wonderfully received by the participants and the many auditors that attended. Feedback from the attendees was to move the 2025 date earlier in the spring so it's not so hot. Jennifer will reach out to Erika for date availability for May 2025 with effort made to avoid popular show dates.
SN Autumn Classic, October 12th, Creeky Routson, "S", at Franktown Meadows Trainers: Please support this show. We heard from a number of AA riders that asked that we host the show and that they preferred a "S" judge vs a "R". We did not hear from any trainers if they plan to attend with their clients.
Show Volunteers: We will definitely need help from our chapter to host this one day show - The list of open volunteer spots will go out closer to the show. Jennifer is coordinating the set up and tear down muscle for this show which are the least popular tasks to manage. Thank you Jennifer!! The show is posted on www.HorseShowOffice.com and will open for entries on 09/15/24.
Virtual Show: Ciara Viola is researching how virtual shows are hosted and what resources it takes to host a virtual show.
2025 Dressage in the Sierra: June 7-8, 2025 Heidi Gaian "S", Carol Spangler "r" TD, USEF and USDF licenses have been renewed, show officials contracted

- - Office fees pay for the awards, EMT, CDS horse fee, food for the show officials and all day volunteers, show licenses, insurance, software, office supplies
- - Day Use/Haul In fees pay for the facility rental fees - Friday and Saturday for this show
